From time to time, it happens that accounts are stolen; with just a few simple precautions you can protect your password and account. Here are a couple of tips for you:
- Select a password that contains both numbers and letters, and is at least 8 characters long.
- Don’t choose passwords that are easy to guess such as your date of birth, name, etc.
- Change your password on a regular basis.
- Use different passwords at different service companies and providers.
- Install a virus scanner and let this regularly check your system regularly.
- Don’t click on every link you receive.
Remember: We’ll never directly ask you for your password; we don’t need it to be able to help you!
These are just a few tips and tricks – if you follow them, you’ll increase the security level of your Dark Orbit account!
