Browser Cache Deletion

    Browser Cache Deletion​


    This page shall show you how to delete your Browser Cache for the majority of popular browsers.

    Deleting your Browser Cache is sometimes a necessary step when dealing with issues on the game, as it deletes the old files stored on your computer and allows the new files to be downloaded, saved and used.

    Google Chrome:​

    1. Click on the 3 dots/lines in the top right of the screen

    2. Hover your mouse over "More tools", then select "Clear browsing data..." on the menu that appears

    3. Change the Time range to "All time"

    4. If you do not want to delete your Browsing History or Cookies, deselect these options, then p    ress "Clear Data"

    Firefox:

    1. Click on the 3 lines in the top right of the screen

    2. Click on "Options" on the menu that appears

    3. On the left hand side click on "Privacy & Security"

    4. Find the submenu called "Cookies and Site Data"

    5. Press "Clear Now"

    6. A new window will now open, click any of the 2 following from your choice and then click Clear

    7. Now a new window will open just explaining and a warning about this, if you're happy to proceed click Clear Now

    Safari:

    1. If you don’t see the Menu Bar at the top of the window, go to the gear-shaped icon and click on "Show menu bar"

    2. On the menu bar, click on "Edit" and then on "Empty cache…"

    3. A warning pop-up window will appear and ask you to confirm that you want the cache to be deleted. Click on "Empty" to finish

    Microsoft Edge:

    1. Click on the 3 dots/lines in the top right of the screen

    2. Go to history, wait for the next bit to show and click on "Clear browsing data"

    4. Select what you would like to clear, making sure "Cached data and files" is selected, then     Press "Clear now"

    In the new version of Microsoft edge you will see this

    Internet Explorer:

    1. Find and Click the gear shaped icon in the top right of the screen

    2. On the menu bar, hover over "Safety" and then click on "Delete browsing history..."

    3. A pop-up window will appear, make sure you check "Temporary internet files and website files" along with any other options you choose. Proceed to click on "Delete"

    Opera:

    1. Click the Opera logo in the top left of the screen

    2. On the menu bar that shows, click on "History" and then click on "Clear browsing data"

    3. A pop-up window will appear, make sure you click on Advanced and change the time range to "All time"

    4. Then check "Cached images and files" along with any other options you choose

    5. Then proceed to click on "Clear data"

    It is always recommended that you restart your Computer after clearing your Cache
